Santa Fe Green Real Estate (SFGRE) is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of our Clients and Visitors.  We maintain for internal use information such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, purchase levels and activities.  We will not sell, share or trade any of your information with any third party including non-profit organizations.

Our website has security measures in place to protect against the misuse or alteration of the information under our control.  Your credit card information provided when purchasing products or placements uses a secure website capability (https).  We do not retain credit card information.  We use Authorize.net secure services, for the processing the credit card transaction.

Refund Policy

Placement sales are final upon completion of the transaction. Terms of duration for placements are stipulated on the placement information page. There is no refund available for the initial term of a current enrollment. Client is not obligated to continue past initial enrollment.

The SFGRE office staff will be open to discussing changes or revisions. Please contact as soon you realize you need to explore such a situation.
